Went there looking for a ram 2500 and happened to stumble on this beautiful gmc 2500 at4. Kylan with sterling came meet us out in the parking lot and introduced himself and already had the keys in his hand and asked if we wanted to drive it and of course we couldn’t resist. Needless to say me and the wife loved it and decided we wanted it, they treated us right with a great deal so if your in the market for a new or used truck go there and see what they have.
I had a great experience with sales, parts, and the service department! The car buying process was smooth and easy, and though I had a minor issue with the car, it was quickly resolved by the service department! I also ordered a cargo mat online and had it delivered to the dealership and the process of getting it in and installed was quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly and the customer service was excellent, in all departments! So happy I chose to buy with Sterling West!
